Event Space Information and Pricing

Events require a minimum 4 hour rental time. Rental hours are between 9am-4am (the following day). Prices vary based on time and day of the week, as depicted below. 7% Sales Tax is applicable to all fees charged.

Event Venue Spaces Available for Rent at Bamboo (Pricing per Hour):
Friday-Sunday 6pm-2am: $225/hr.
Friday-Sunday 6pm-2am: $225/hr.
Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm: $125/hr
Mon-Thurs 6pm-12am: $150/hr
Additional Services:

  • Security: $25/hr

  • Staff member to assist with garbage and minor clean ups: $35/hr
  • Bathroom Attendant: $35/hr

    Venue space reservations are available 365 days out the year; holidays may be charged up to 3x the normal rental rate.
    Maximum Occupancy: 250 people
    Optional: Outside Catering will be an additional charge of $150. Additionally, catering company will have to provide proper licenses and insurance prior to event.
    Deposit: $500; which is refundable 48hrs after completion of event, contingent on condition of rented space.
    *Non-profit organizations receive 20% off total cost of rented space (must provide proof).

    Main Room​​ is perfect for meetings, lectures, presentations, ceremonies, birthday parties, workshops, baby showers, bridal shower, graduation parties and more.
